Dias-C Tools and Components has a fully equipped Tool Room facility with latest machineries as well as two production units highly capable of handling mass production of components. We follow the N.T.T.F. standards of Tool & Die Making. Our designing team excels in designing tools for complicated and highly precise components with ease.

Dias-C Tools and Components has a semi-automated 6000 sq. feet shop floor in the Bhosari unit and 2500 sq. feet in the Talawade unit. We mass produce highly precision sheet metal components with excellent quality. We are specialized in manufacturing of Terminals for Relays and Switches and Stainless Steel Stampings. The entire process from a new customer requirement to the sample component production takes on an average of 15 to 30 days.

1. Tool Room facility

Dias-C Tools and Components has a dedicated tool room facility dealing with Compound and Progressive Tools at its Bhosari unit, while we are specialist in Progressive Tooling. Our Tool Room is equipped with latest machineries such as CNC Wire Cut, EDM Drilling, Surface Grinders, Lathe, Turret Milling, Cylindrical Grinder, Drilling Machine, Tapping Machine, etc. We are self-sufficient when it comes to manufacturing of Tools.

2. Production Capability

With 6 pneumatic high speed presses, 7 mechanical power presses and excellent In-house Tool Room facility Dias-C Tools and Components can handle mass production of multiple components simultaneously with ease. Quality of our production is monitored with the help of Inspection equipment's like Rapid-I Video Measuring instrument, Mitutoyo Profile Projector, Digital Height Gauge, Micro Meters, Digital Vernier Callipers, etc. to achieve 100% defect free components.

A total of 13 Imported and Indian High speed presses, with speed ranging from 45 SPM to 600 SPM and 22 T to 63 T capacities and upto 2 ton capacity Hand presses, Mechanical toggle press and Pneumatic toggle press, makes our production unit highly efficient.

Raw materials like CRCA, Brass, Copper, Stainless Steel (hardness varying from 490 to 520 HV) and Phosphor Bronze with varied thickness of 0.15 mm to 3.5 mm is used for the production of components. Our production unit has an overall capacity of producing 3 million Components per day.
